2-Port RF Circulator Assembly. Unknown maker or specifications. This was removed from an Agilent GS-9200 MCPA test system. I imagine it covers a large range of frequencies, but I have no specs.
Please note several small screws are missing from the lids. I opened the unit to try to identify it.
