24-Pin Vintage Scientific CCD Chip w/ Exposed Wafer Gold/Ceramic Case Kodak?

24-Pin CCD Chip. Likely 1990s vintage, perhaps Kodak. I do not see any markings, the bottom has adhesive residue. 

There is no window over the silicon wafer. I will do my best to keep it dust free.
