AG Communication Systems 6U Rack Mount Card Cage Chassis w/ Backplane. Chassis P/N EC030067, backplane P/N FB030045. Card height appears to be 262mm. Very similar to a Schroff card cage, possibly Schroff OEM.
Dimensions are 17.5" W x 10.5" H x 10.75" D. Card blanks measure 262mm x 35mm, total card width ~428mm.
