Includes NSK W1403WF-12P Ball Screw Assembly with Warner ERS-26 Holding Brake & Unknown Motor.Lightly used and disassembled as shown. The motor may be a DC servo, it is marked with P/N QB02300-W01 and is a frameless design.
Please see photos closely for configuration. I'm not sure if the shaft on the NSK unit was modified for this assembly.
