ASTEC Model ALS304C-2332 DC Power Supply. Removed from an HP 64700B emulator. Sold as shown for parts or repair.
I briefly tested this unit and found channel 1 (5V@40A) to be functional and close to 5V under load. The other channels acted funky and the multimeter kept autoranging. Perhaps there is a digital enable or minimum load required? I did not spend too much time diagnosing. I would suggest popping the cover and looking for bad electrolytics or broken solder joints.
Condition: Not fully tested, issues with Channels 2, 3, 4. Sold as shown.
