ATI CS-61 Robotic Collision Sensor. Includes optional plate assembly and rubber cover.
This was removed from a microplate handling robot used in a lab environment. I tested it with the pressure side of a mightyvac tool and the gripper plate pops into position. I have not pressure tested it or checked the PNP switch.
