Semiconductor Die Pin Lift Assembly with Cam and Roller. This unit was used to lift silicon dies in a semiconductor inspection machine. I believe the pin used is an Ogura or similar polished needle. The cam motion is probably only ~0.25" or so.
Overall length of the unit is ~11.5". Weight is 5.2 lb.
