Curtis 1205-108 Motor Controller. Used, removed from a Taylor Dunn 36V industrial cart.
Unfortunately I did not have a chance to test this unit before removal. It was removed from an industrial cart I purchased from a local company. Please note surface rust, it is probably from the steel on the cart it was attached to.
