IonSpec Vacuum Controller PC Board. Large 13" x 12" board containing 27 relays.
21 of the relays appear to be Crouzet GA8-6D05R solid state relays, with 3-32V input and 280VAC@5A output. I can't see the label on all to be certain they are all the same. The smaller relays are mechanical Omron.
