Kodak CCD/CMOS Sensor Test Equipment. Purchased from Kodak/OnSemi, possibly from their R&D lab. The large fixture is used to test image sensors at low temperature (chilled) and under vacuum. It was connected to an integrating sphere that I sold previously. I believe I have another piece, a heavy anodized aluminum fixture that mates to the integrating sphere (if I locate it I will update listing).
The board labeled "16-bit timing board" has a Datel Sampling A/D converter on the back, P/N ADS-933MC.
