Lorch Microwave WR28 Waveguide Bandpass Filter. 2 1/8" length. Silver plated. 

Pass band should be 39.3 GHz to 39.65 GHZ if I am interpreting the part number correctly. 

These are military surplus units. They are likely new old stock, but I am listing them as used due to years in storage.
