Maxon DC Motor P/N 227958 T03. Swiss made. I believe this is 2-wire operation, with a 2-wire sensor (likely hall effect).
Overall length 120mm. Motor body length 70mm, back shell length 30mm. Diameter 35mm at motor, 34mm at rear shell. Shaft is 6mm x 18mm with dual flats. All measurements approximate.
Also included is an adapter that might be useful for your application.
