Newport 1825-C Hybrid Analog/Digital Power/Energy Meter. Unit powers up, but reads "CAL". This has likely been in storage for years, the last calibration was 2002. There are scratches to the paint on the top and bottom of the case, and some sticker residue.
No power adapter included. It uses a common 12V center-positive supply.
