Olympus Endoscope/Borescope Illuminator Assembly w/ MAJ-523/Y1566 Bulb & Ballast

Olympus Borescope Illuminator Assembly w/ Bulb. Used, tested before removal. 

Includes heatsink bulb holder, ballast, motorized shutter assembly, and lens. 

Bulb is P/N Y1566, ballast is marked ILC 225243 Rev X1. Unfortunately I do not have specs on input voltage, etc.
