Power-One Switching Mode Power Supply. 110/230VAC input, output 24V@2.5A or 28V@2.2A. I believe it is adjustable within this range via pot turn.
Condition: Unit powers up and has a no-load output of 28.3V. I hear a little bit of capacitor noise, briefly on power-up.
