3-Channel Parker/Porter Mass Flow Meters/Controllers. Used, removed from a very clean Antek 8060 Nitrogen HPLC detector. Note the current plumbing has two oxygen controllers combined at inlet, and oxygen 500mL and argon combined at outlet.
