Rare Vintage Seico / National Tube FM Radio Japan 88-108MHz 6-Tube Needs Repair

Vintage 1950s/1960s FM Tube Radio. Unbranded, possibly National or Seico. The power cord is very frayed. I did plug it in and I just heard static. Sold as shown for repair. 

Please note small dent in speaker grill, and adhesive or other residue on case below volume knob.
