Office Privacy Booth with Light & Fan. Includes stool. Unknown brand, similar to Solo. This was purchased by a company but never used. It does have marks and wear from storage and previous shipping.
Unfortunately the inner glass pane at the rear window shattered, and now it is no longer dual-pane glass. I removed 99.9% of the broken glass, there are still some shards that may need attention or covering with caulk/trim. The outer rear pane seems flawless.
The price has been significantly reduced on this item. I believe they are ~$7,000 new.
These appear to be very high quality construction, with a commercial handset. The metal exterior is fully welded in one solid piece. Inside the booth there is a ceiling light with a wall switch, and a ventilation fan.
I am selling the unit "as-is", and buyer should realize there may be small tempered glass shards remaining. There are other marks and wear.
Dimensions are 39.4" x 39.4" x 86.5" (excluding door handle and roof vent protrusion). I would estimate weight at 600lbs.
