Unknown Brand Pressure Vessel Lid. This appears to fit a ~3" x ~3.5" opening. Overall dimensions ~3.5" x ~4". Please see photos against ruler. This probably fits an Alloy Products or Apache brand vessel, but your guess is better than mine!
