Thomas & Betts Industrial Rectangular Connector Assembly. Marked 250V 10A and populated with 24 conductors. The other end of the cable has Molex-style connectors and was previously used to connect stepper motors. A portion of the black corrugated plastic appears bent and damaged, it should be replaced for a waterproof connection. The two cables appear to be 12-conductor and ~20AWG.
