Military Battery Charger. P/N 68346490-009. Used or new old stock. I would guess it is 1990s vintage, but looks older due to its design.
A wealth of vintage parts are inside. Comair Rotron fans, vintage ICs, large capacitors and toroidal transformers. Airpax switch with cover. External connector and internal board connectors appear gold plated.
Unfortunately I have no info on what this was used to charge, perhaps military vehicle or airplane.
