VOLTCRAFT PS-1302D Adjustable Regulated DC Power Supply. 0-30V@2A (60W max). This appears to be made for the European market, it is marked 230V/50Hz. I did a no-load test at 220V/60Hz and output voltage was within ~1% (see photos). This is a great unit for hobby or education use, there is no fan so it is completely silent.
